Vista Desktop IconsThe most useful icon to have on your Vista Desktop is the "My Computer" icon. Truly! Just about everything that happens on your computer can be tracked down by just double clicking on your "My Computer" icon. Double click your "My Computer" Desktop icon and explore: double click the C: Drive; Double click the "Users" folder; Double click on your username; etc..To get to this and other important Vista Desktop icons here's the easiest and fastest way.

1)... Right-Click anywhere on an empty part of your Desktop background and..
2)... Select or Click on (left mouse button) "Personalize" (bottom of the "context sensitive" menu)
3)... Look up to the top of the left hand column (like the picture above) and see where it says "Change desktop icons" ?
4)... Go ahead and Click on that! Then,
5)... Tick the icons you'd like to see on your Windows Vista Desktop and...
6)... Click on "Apply" and "OK" and, you're out of there!
